Human design for coaches

Two very interesting things happened when I learned about Human Design. The first thing was that I began to see myself as an ally instead of an enemy. What I mean by that is before I knew my Human Design I was constantly fighting against my natural state and trying to white knuckle my way through life. I lived from my mind. Always thinking I had to have the right answer, know exactly how to make it all work and pushing through with willpower and force.

The second was the realization that so many people could benefit from simply knowing the most basic layers of information about Human Design. Specifically just learning their Energy Type and Authority.

I was literally my own best client avatar. It dawned on me that what I was looking for in my coach was how to get out of my own way. To identify the patterns that were keeping me “stuck”, (which is just a fear response) and to help me bring the life that I dream of into my reality. I looked at it through the lens of Human Design and it all started to come into focus. I’m a Generator, but I was completely disconnected from my Sacral Authority. I have an Undefined Ego/Will Center, but I was placing all of my value in what I did for others and how good I was depended on what I was producing. I could keep listing all of the revelations I had about my experience in learning about my own Design, but that’s not what you came for.

That is how I came to the point of writing a book for coaches. Who better to work with people who were obviously hungry for understanding, expansion and willing to be open to possibilities?
